Project scope
Figma -> Framer migration
15 unique pages
No SEO loss
Live team training
2-4 weeks
Overview
Vocal Video is a remote video testimonial platform that recently went through a shift in positioning and needed a new website to reflect that change.
The design was led by their co-founder and designer, Jonathon Wolfe. I worked on the Framer side, focusing on turning the design into a production-ready website and setting the team up to manage it independently after launch.
The challenge
The new site needed to:
Match a carefully crafted design direction
Support integrations and visual effects beyond Framer’s native capabilities
Remain SEO-friendly, responsive, and easy to maintain
Be handed off in a way that didn’t create ongoing developer dependency
My role
I handled the Framer implementation and handoff, with a focus on accuracy, flexibility, and team enablement.
This included:
Rebuilding the site in Framer (~15 pages), matching the Figma designs pixel-perfectly and ensuring full responsiveness
Developing custom-coded components to support integrations and visual effects not achievable with native Framer features
Providing hands-on training so the team could confidently manage and update the site without developer support
Offering 15 days of post-launch support to handle questions, fixes, and small improvements after go-live
Outcome
A new marketing site aligned with Vocal Video’s updated positioning
Custom components that extend Framer without compromising maintainability
A team that can fully own and evolve the site post-launch
Timeline: ~2 months
Live site: https://vocalvideo.com/
