My role
I led the Framer migration and implementation, focusing on accuracy, best practices, and team enablement. This included:
Rebuilding the site 1:1 in Framer, including 30+ static pages, 7 CMS collections, and 200+ CMS items
Ensuring the site followed SEO, performance, and accessibility best practices
Providing hands-on training so the team could confidently manage and update the site without developer support
Offering 30 days of post-launch support to handle questions, fixes, and improvements after go-live
Outcome
A successful migration from Squarespace to Framer completed in under three weeks
A faster, more flexible site that’s easier to maintain
