Overview
Mine is an all-in-one financial app designed to help students with their finances — from applying for a Mine Card and building credit, to tracking spending, getting weekly reports with MoneyGPT, and more.
As part of a full rebrand led by Mine’s in-house design team, the product needed a new marketing site that clearly reflected their updated identity while remaining fast, scalable, and SEO-safe.
I was brought in to lead the Framer development and migration work.
The challenge
The new site needed to support:
A bold new visual direction
Heavy use of video, animation, and interaction
Strong performance across devices
A smooth transition from the existing site without losing SEO traffic
All of this had to be delivered quickly and in a way that the team could continue to build on after launch.
My role
I led the Framer implementation and migration, with a focus on high-fidelity execution, performance, and SEO preservation.
This included:
Building key pages from Figma in Framer, implementing high-fidelity designs with custom components, complex animations, and interactive elements
Designing and rebuilding supporting pages not covered by Figma, including blog templates and multiple landing pages, while keeping everything consistent and scalable
Optimizing performance and bandwidth usage to deliver a smooth experience despite heavy use of video and animation, and avoiding common Framer performance pitfalls
Ensuring a SEO-safe migration by preserving structure, URLs, and best practices during the transition to the new site
Outcome
A new marketing site that clearly reflects Mine’s updated brand and product maturity
Strong performance and smooth interactions despite rich visual content
SEO traffic fully preserved during the migration
A Framer setup that’s easy to extend as the website evolves
