Overview
Hospitable is an industry-leading platform that helps short-term rental hosts automate guest communication, operations, and multi-platform management across Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo.
They decided to redesign and rebuild their marketing site in Framer to modernize their brand presence, improve site performance, and make content management easier for a growing marketing team.
Strategy and content were handled internally. Maxime Vandenberge and I led design and development, working closely with Hospitable’s marketing and product teams throughout the project.
The challenge
The existing site had grown large and complex, and performance was starting to become a limiting factor. The goals were to:
Modernize the visual identity and website structure
Improve performance and conversion-related metrics
Migrate a large amount of content without losing SEO traffic
Give the marketing team full ownership of the site post-launch
All of this needed to happen without disrupting organic traffic or ongoing campaigns.
My role
Together with Maxime, I was responsible for the full redesign and Framer implementation, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and SEO safety.
This included:
Defining the new website design by translating Hospitable’s updated visual identity into a scalable design system and component library in Framer
Building 100+ static pages, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation, full responsiveness, and strong Core Web Vitals across devices
Migrating 1,100+ CMS items, including blog posts, multimedia content, and resource pages, with structured data and redirects to preserve SEO
Integrating the full marketing stack, including Typeform forms, analytics, cookie consent, and supporting scripts
Training the marketing team to confidently manage, publish, and optimize pages directly in Framer
Ensuring SEO stability throughout the migration, maintaining rankings and organic traffic after launch
Results
The site went live on October 2nd. After five weeks, the Hospitable team reported the following improvements:
Visitor-to-trial conversion rate: +25%, the most significant lift following the redesign
Time-to-trial: Improved by 18%, meaning users reached sign-up faster
Homepage bounce rate: Still stabilizing, but early data shows a clear downward trend
SEO traffic: 100% preserved during and after the migration
These gains were achieved while significantly improving performance and maintainability.
Outcome
A faster, more scalable marketing site built entirely in Framer
Clear performance and conversion improvements post-launch
A CMS and component system the marketing team can fully own and extend
No loss in organic traffic during a large-scale migration
Timeline: ~2 months
