Overview
For almost a year, I worked alongside Framer’s Customer Success team as part of their Product Specialists group.
In this role, I supported Framer’s users at scale — from individual builders to enterprise teams — while developing a deep, hands-on understanding of how Framer is used in real-world, high-traffic environments.
My focus
My work as a Product Specialist was centered around three main areas:
Enterprise technical support, with a strong focus on SEO and performance best practices — including crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and migration-related issues
Direct customer support, initially through Framer’s public support channels and later via one-to-one email support
Documentation and education, contributing to Framer’s Help Center and expanding core documentation, particularly around SEO, performance, and technical best practices
Outcome
Working inside Framer’s support ecosystem meant seeing the product from every angle — not just how it’s supposed to work, but how it actually behaves under real constraints.
This experience gave me:
A deep understanding of Framer’s internals and edge cases
Practical exposure to performance issues, large CMS setups, and complex marketing sites
First-hand insight into common pitfalls teams run into when scaling Framer projects
It’s also shaped how I approach client work today: building Framer sites that are not just visually polished, but robust, performant, and safe to scale.
